  3. Teleconsultation Data: Digital consent records, consultation timestamps, preferred communication modes (video/audio/chat), and payment confirmation details.

  • Parental Consent: For patients under 18 years of age, verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian is mandatory.

  • Mandatory Retention: As prescribed by the National Medical Commission, medical consultation logs, prescriptions, and health records are securely retained for a minimum period of 3 years.

  • Data Security & Storage: All digital patient data is hosted on secure, in-country Indian cloud servers. We employ end-to-end encryption (TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256 at rest) and strict role-based access control.

  6. Disclosure & Third-Party Sharing

  Health Hub maintains absolute confidentiality regarding patient health data. We never sell, trade, or rent your personal or medical data. Information is shared only with:

  1. NABL-Accredited Diagnostic Partners: Strictly to perform authorized blood/diagnostic testing.

  2. Registered Medical Practitioners (RMPs): Assigned doctors delivering your care.

  3. Legal & Regulatory Authorities: When explicitly required under Indian court orders or public health mandates.
